Special Session on EEG Signal Acquisition, Processing & Applications

Recent advances in sensor technology and analyses approaches have greatly promoted the research regarding the EEG data processing and brought an impressive progress to solve several practical and challenging problems in many areas including clinical applications, brain-computer interface (BCI), and cognitive neuroscience research. This Special Session will showcase new methods to investigate brain dynamics during more natural processes, latest software and hardware developments and how they can be used in a wide variety of settings. We are inviting original research work, as well as significant work-in-progress, covering novel theories, innovative methods, and meaningful applications that can potentially lead to significant advances in EEG signal acquisition, processing & applications.

This Special Session is the in-person component of our Dual Component Meeting Program. The virtual component 'TECH DAY' will take place online on 10 November 2021.
